Practical Training for Self Defense

This self-defense course is designed to offer advanced techniques that are easy to learn. The course will cover drills to train muscle memory and be applied in multiple situations. These unique drill are inherently flexible and adaptable to many assault scenarios which present many options for the defender. This self-defense course has been specifically to empower men and women with the skills, tactics and strategies to survive an assault. The PTSD course, is a 3-hour workshop. This aims to introduce students to an array of topics that concern their personal safety. Assaults can come from anybody, anywhere and anytime. This can be a loved one or relative in the safety of your home, a peer or superior out for a drink at night or a stranger at a parking lot in broad daylight. The attacker's reasons can be anything under the sun and should be the least of your concerns. The only thing that matters is whether you can do defend or protect yourself when it happens.

This course will teach you how to respond to aggression that ensure your safety regardless of who it is that designed and orchestrated them. You will learn multiple striking, grappling, and take downs connected or linked together for maximum retention of knowledge and finish or stop the threat at the same time.

Wendell Diamal is the author and instructor of PTSD and has been practicing martial arts for 34 years. Wendell is an expert in weapons of opportunity and hand to hand combat. The complete course is $60.00 for early registration and $75.00 at the door. Contact Terri, Paula or Wendell (407-924-9695) to register. Empower yourself.
